This is our basic dog vest harness with velcro closure at the chest and belly, and a welded "O" ring at the back. We use industrial hook & loop so it's adjustable and strong. And our welded O-ring doesn't turn as D-rings do, so no matter how strong a puller your dog is, the welded O-ring won't pull apart. After all, your dog's safety is important to us.
