This sweet dress has a stretchy white knit top covered with soft white flowers and pink sequins. The skirt is 4 layers stiff sparkling tulle so the layers can be separated for a big statement. A yellow and pink satin ribbon bow at the waist has a rhinestone buckle. Very pretty.
