Flower Print Dog Harness Dress

The perfect print for Spring and Summer! White background with multi color flowers floating all over. 

We took our great vest harness and added a three layer skirt to make a Harness Dress. Lavendar and purple trim. And lots of sunshiny colors. A welded O ring means no more crooked D rings and the welding means it will never pull off. The skirt has a layer of tulle and a soft cotton bottom trimmed with lace.
